THE PAST’S FUTURE

This project is a factory that manufactures tiny drones that produce a matrix of sensory signals in swarms, an invention envisioned from earlier bi-planes. It consists of production lines, testing labs, logistics management, and other necessary programs. In response to the drone’s minuscule scale, individual minor production lines are bounded into units that form a field to accommodate simultaneous large-scale production, which could be accessed in human scale. Testing labs intersect the field which allows the drones inside to fly in swarms. The logistic systems are oriented through vehicular circulation beneath the production and testing.

The representation of the preceding invention and the speculation of forms and operations of the envisioned invention.

This geometric exploration consists of the form extracted from the earlier invention and speculation. The field of individual units and its interaction with curved forms are later interpreted as form and mode of manufacture in the factory.

Drawings showing individual production lines and their combination, from microscopic to macroscopic.

Axonometric diagrams of material circulation, vehicular circulation, personnel circulation and testing labs.
